Managers should always take the opportunity to promote from within, however it is important to remember that great team members are being asked to use an entirely different skill set when they become supervisors. In most cases they haven't had the opportunity to develop those skills, so it can be very high importance to support the change in structure with some training.
Supervising others can be a tough job, people need to manage their own time, as well as plan, organise and support the each of their team members. This Supervision workshop helps participants improve key skills such as organisation, delegation, goal setting (for themselves and others) and providing feedback.
Who should attend? This supervision training will new supervisors, and anyone that want to improve their skills in supervising others to ensure productivity and team cohesion.
